I would like to be able to do at least 50 sit ups in a minute. To achieve this goal I will do sit ups for a minute every day. I would like to achieve this in 2 months. As a reward for my good work I will watch a movie. My evidence that i have achieved this goal will be that i have achieved this goal will be that I can do 50 sit ups in a minute. I should be able to do 46 sit ups in a minute by the one month mark. Right now i can do 42 sit ups in a minute.
Another goal of mine is to be able to do 12 pull ups. I will achieve this goal by doing 1 pull up and then increasing that number by one every day. Hopefully I will achieve both these goals so I will watch the same movie for both. I should be able to do 9 pull ups at the the one month mark. Right now i can do 6 pull ups.
I believe both of these goals are both measurable and possible.
